I highly recommend you read Simon's book if you liked this. Its facinating and gives a lot more depth and insight. Maybe even work through the companion guidebook "Find your WHY" for renewed passion and purpose in your life.

This is the TED talk that first introduced us to Brene's now trademark heart forward, authentic, armor off approach to living delivered with impressive science, raw honesty and dry Texan wit. If it resonates, Brene has a Podcast, many books and seminar recordings and reminded us of Teddy Rosevelt's awe inspiring excerpt "The Man in the Arena" which now resides on my fridge and in my heart.
